1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

Mystic Universe는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 정보를 수집합니다.

▸ 비회원 사주 분석

필수항목: 생년월일시, 출생지(도시), 성별
선택항목: 혈액형, 성격 유형

▸ 소셜 로그인 회원 (카카오 / Google)

고유 ID (UUID): 사용자 식별 (Supabase Auth 자동 생성)
이메일: 소셜 프로바이더 제공 (카카오는 미제공 가능)
닉네임: 소셜 프로바이더 제공 이름 (UI 표시용)
프로필 사진 URL: 소셜 프로바이더 제공 (UI 표시용)
로그인 프로바이더: kakao / google (계정 관리용)

※ 비회원 사주 분석 시 서버에는 개인 식별이 불가능한 익명 통계 데이터만 저장됩니다:
출생연도·성별·국가코드, 사주 일주(日柱)·띠·신살(생년월일시 계산값), 혈액형·성격유형(선택 입력 시), AI 분석 등급·언어 설정.
이름·전화번호·정확한 생년월일·출생 시간·도시명은 서버에 저장되지 않습니다.

※ 별도 회원가입 폼 없이 소셜 로그인만으로 가입됩니다. 회원이 사주를 보관함에 저장할 경우, 해당 사주의 생년월일(년·월·일)·출생 시간·도시가 함께 저장됩니다. 이 정보는 대운(大運)·세운(歲運) 등 장기 운세 흐름 계산에 활용되며, 탈퇴 시 즉시 삭제됩니다.

2. 수집 및 이용 목적

수집된 정보는 아래 목적으로만 활용됩니다.

AI 융합 사주·별자리 분석 결과 생성
대운(大運)·세운(歲運) 장기 운세 흐름 계산 (회원 저장 시, 생년월일·시간 활용)
서비스 개선을 위한 익명 통계 분석

3. 개인정보의 보관 및 파기

비회원이 입력한 생년월일·시간 등 사주 분석 데이터는 브라우저 세션 메모리에만 임시 보관되며, 페이지를 닫거나 새로고침하면 즉시 소멸됩니다. 서버에는 저장되지 않습니다.

언어·테마 등 앱 설정값은 브라우저(localStorage)에 저장됩니다.

서비스 개선을 위한 익명 통계 데이터(출생연도, 국가코드, 성별, 사주 정보)는 서버(Supabase)에 보관됩니다. 이 데이터에는 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

▸ 소셜 로그인 회원 데이터 보관

회원 프로필(닉네임, 이메일 등) 및 저장된 사주는 서비스 이용 기간 동안 보관됩니다.
회원 탈퇴 시 모든 개인 데이터(프로필, 저장 사주)가 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다.
12개월 미접속 시 개인정보보호법 제39조의6에 따라 개인정보를 분리 보관하며, 30일 전 이메일로 사전 안내합니다.
24개월 미접속 시 계정 및 개인정보를 파기합니다.

4. 제3자 제공 및 위탁

서비스 분석을 위해 아래 외부 서비스에 데이터를 전송할 수 있습니다. 전송되는 데이터는 분석 목적으로만 사용되며 마케팅 용도로 활용되지 않습니다.

제공받는 자: Google (Gemini AI API)

제공 항목: 사주 정보, 별자리, 성향 정보 (이름 등 식별 정보 제외)

제공받는 자: Supabase Inc. (데이터베이스 호스팅)

제공 항목: 익명 분석 통계 (출생연도, 국가코드, 성별, 사주 정보)

제공받는 자: Google (Google Analytics 4)

제공 항목: 페이지 조회, 서비스 이용 이벤트 (개인 식별 정보 미포함)

5. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 브라우저 캐시 삭제를 통해 본인의 데이터를 삭제할 수 있으며, 서비스 이용을 중단할 권리가 있습니다.

▸ 소셜 로그인 회원의 추가 권리

열람권: 저장된 사주 목록은 앱 내 '내 사주 보관함'에서 언제든지 확인 가능합니다.
삭제권: 저장된 사주는 개별 삭제하거나, 회원 탈퇴 시 전체 삭제됩니다.
탈퇴권: 언제든지 계정을 삭제할 수 있으며, 삭제 즉시 모든 개인정보가 파기됩니다.

6. 회원 탈퇴

회원 탈퇴 시 저장된 사주, 분석 기록 등 모든 개인 데이터가 영구 삭제됩니다. 서비스 개선을 위한 익명 통계 데이터는 보존됩니다.

▸ 탈퇴 절차

앱 상단 메뉴 → 환경 설정 → '회원 탈퇴' 클릭
확인 모달에서 '탈퇴하기' 버튼 클릭
저장된 사주, 프로필 등 모든 데이터 즉시 영구 삭제
탈퇴 완료 후 자동 로그아웃

※ 탈퇴 후 재가입은 즉시 가능하지만, 이전 데이터는 복구되지 않습니다.

7. 휴면 계정 처리

개인정보보호법 제39조의6에 따라 장기 미접속 계정의 개인정보를 보호합니다.

11개월 미접속: 이메일로 사전 안내 발송 (30일 후 분리 보관 예정)

12개월 미접속: 개인정보 분리 보관 (서비스 이용 제한)

24개월 미접속: 계정 및 개인정보 파기

재로그인 시 휴면이 자동 해제됩니다. 분리 보관된 데이터는 재로그인 후 복원됩니다.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Mystic Universe collects the following information to provide our services:

▸ Guest Saju Analysis

Required: Date/Time of birth, Birth city, Gender
Optional: Blood type, Personality type

▸ Social Login Members (Kakao / Google)

Unique ID (UUID): User identification (auto-generated by Supabase Auth)
Email: Provided by social provider (Kakao may not provide)
Nickname: Name from social provider (for UI display)
Profile picture URL: Provided by social provider (for UI display)
Login provider: kakao / google (for account management)

Note: For guest analyses, only anonymous, non-identifiable statistical data is stored on our servers:
Birth year, gender, country code; Saju day pillar, zodiac, shinsal (values derived from birth data); blood type & personality type (if entered); AI tier, language setting.
Name, phone number, exact birth date, birth time, and city name are never stored on the server.

Note: No separate registration form — membership is via social login only. When members save a Saju to their vault, the full birth date (year, month, day), birth time, and city are stored. This information is used to calculate Daeun (Major Fortune Cycles) and Seun (Annual Fortune) cycles, and is permanently deleted upon account withdrawal.

2. Purpose of Collection

Collected data is used only for the following purposes:

Generating AI-fused Saju/Astrology analysis results
Calculating Daeun (Major Fortune) & Seun (Annual Fortune) cycles (using birth date/time stored by members)
Anonymous statistical analysis for service improvement

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Saju analysis data (birth date, time, etc.) entered by guests is held only in browser session memory and is immediately erased when the page is closed or refreshed. It is never sent to our servers.

App settings such as language and theme are stored in the browser's (localStorage).

Anonymous statistical data (birth year, country code, gender, and Saju information) is stored on our server (Supabase) for service improvement. This data does not contain any personally identifiable information.

▸ Social Login Member Data

Member profiles and saved Saju are retained for the duration of account use.
Upon account deletion, all personal data (profile, saved Saju) is permanently deleted immediately.
After 12 months of inactivity, personal data is stored separately per applicable law, with 30-day advance notice by email.
After 24 months of inactivity, the account and personal data are permanently deleted.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

We may transmit data to the following services for analysis purposes only:

Recipient: Google (Gemini AI API)

Items provided: Saju data, Zodiac, Personality traits (excluding personally identifiable info)

Recipient: Supabase Inc. (Database Hosting)

Items provided: Anonymous analytics (birth year, country code, gender, Saju data)

Recipient: Google (Google Analytics 4)

Items provided: Page views, service usage events (no personally identifiable info)

5. User Rights

Users can delete their data at any time by clearing their browser cache and have the right to stop using the service.

▸ Additional Rights for Members

Right to Access: View your saved Saju in "My Saju Vault" at any time.
Right to Deletion: Delete individual saved Saju, or delete all data by closing your account.
Right to Withdraw: Delete your account at any time; all personal data is immediately erased.

6. Account Deletion

When you delete your account, all personal data including saved Saju and analysis records will be permanently deleted. Anonymous statistical data will be retained for service improvement.

▸ Deletion Process

Open the top menu → Settings → Click 'Delete Account'
Click 'Delete' in the confirmation dialog
All saved Saju, profile, and personal data are immediately and permanently deleted
You are automatically signed out upon completion

※ You may re-register immediately after deletion, but previous data cannot be recovered.

7. Dormant Account Policy

We protect personal data of long-inactive accounts in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

11 months inactive: Advance notice sent by email (30 days before data separation)

12 months inactive: Personal data stored separately (service access restricted)

24 months inactive: Account and personal data permanently deleted

Dormant status is automatically lifted upon re-login. Separated data is restored after sign-in.
